Can you design a custom molded cable to fit our specific needs?

Yes, we can. Will check your applications about electrical specifications, working environment, mechanical conditions, choose proper raw cable of conductor and insulation,shielding or not, select molding materials, make 2D and 3D drawings for tooling and whole cable. After drawing approval, will arrange prototype and conduct electrical, mechanical and environmental tests to verify performance.

What materials do you use for overmolding?

Our general overmolding materials is Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), Silicone Rubber, HDPE, EPDM. Customer can specific the materials.

What connectors and cable types can you mold?

There're over 1000 existing molds, include general consumer electronics connectors like USB, RJ45, DC plug, HDMI, D sub, also some industrial connector and cables like M series waterproof connector, airline connector, molex, AMP, TE, DEUTSCH, and cable splitters, etc.

Can you mold with PCB inside?

Yes, there're both high pressure and low pressure molding available. Some PCB with specific components only can do with low pressure molding.

Do you comply with industry standards (ISO, IPC, MIL-SPEC, etc.)?

Our cable production base on IPC620 standard, management system ISP9001:2015. All materials include toolings Rohs and Reach compliance.

Can you provide documentation and test reports?

Yes, all of our cables are 100% test. Every shipment will contain outgoing inspection report. If customer need specific test, will conduct it internally or at the third party test lab.
